Obituary of Richard V Vaiculevich

Richard V. Vaiculevich, 70, of the Brookfield Glen section of White Township, NJ, formerly of Annandale, NJ, passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at St. Luke's Warren Campus, Phillipsburg, NJ. Born in Elizabeth, NJ on May 20, 1945, he was the son of the late Vincent C. Vaiculevich and Victoria C. Barkauskas. Rich served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War and had received two Purple Hearts. He was an iron worker for the United Steel Workers Union before retiring. Rich was a member of the Clinton Presbyterian Church, Clinton, NJ. He was a member of the V.F.W., D.A.V., American Legion and the Purple Heart Association. Richard was an active volunteer for the Meals on Wheels of Flemington, NJ and the food pantry in Clinton, NJ. In addition to his parents, Rich was predeceased by his wife of 39 years, Susann (Wood) Vaiculevich. Surviving are a sister, Sandra Mason (Tim) of Piscataway, NJ; twin brother, Robert A. Vail (Patty) of San Diego, CA; dear friends, Ed and Sue Walinski; several nephews and nieces; great nephews and nieces. Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 24, 2016 at MacFadden Funeral Home, 325 Hardwick Street, Belvidere, NJ. Friends may call from 10:00 AM to the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Belvidere Cemetery.
