Obituary of Leroy C Meshach

Leroy C. Meshach, 73, of White Township, NJ, formerly of Oxford, NJ passed away peacefully on Friday, July 15, 2016 at the Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice Home in Fredon Twp., NJ. Born on May 14, 1943 in Phillipsburg, NJ, he was the son of the late Ernest L. Meshach and Helen J. Zulauf and step-son to the late Edward Meshach. Leroy was a machine operator in the Compound Dept. of IMCO- Brockway, Belvidere, NJ. Leroy also operated his own tree service business as a tree climber. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, hunting and trap lines. Leroy had often enjoyed coffee at the diner. In addition to his parents and step-father, Leroy was predeceased by two brothers, Ernest and Richard Meshach. Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Grace Hoffman Hicks Meshach; three children, Vicki Green and her companion Brian Haycock, Fred Hicks and his wife Debi, and Kelly McBride and her husband Dennis; five grandchildren, Thomas Hicks, Tyler McBride, Payton McBride, Jennifer Green, and Drew McBride; three brothers, Ernest Edward Meshach and his wife Joan, Edward Meshach and his wife Barb, and Douglas Meshach. Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, July 21, 2016 at MacFadden Funeral Home, 325 Hardwick Street, Belvidere, NJ. Interment will follow in the Belvidere Cemetery.
