Condolences
Mom,
The house is so quiet without hearing your voice. The puppies and the cat come looking for you daily. I hope you know I did m very best to keep you here for as long as I could, but when it was time for you to go see loved ones we've lost, I knew I had to let you go. I will see you again one day, but in the meantime, please come visit us.
I love you!
Love,
Denise
Suzanne was our babysitter back in the 60's. My brother and I were good for the most part, but there was that one day. My dad had an extensive record collection of both albums and 45's. Well my brother and I decided, for whatever reason, to take all his 45's out of their sleeves, and fling them around the living room like frisbees. Poor Suzanne tried to stop us, but we weren't listening (having too much fun). So, she went and sat on our stoop waiting for my dad to come home. Wel as soon as she saw him she said don't go in there. So, of course Dad comes in, sees the room, and suffice it to say, he was not happy. We had to clean up, and were punished.
Suzanne was a part of our family, and along with Aunt Gloria and Uncle Milton, was part of ours. I remember Suzanne sitting with my parents, on the curb at the Queens Day Parade, making waffles with ice cream, taking us to the park, and always being kind.
We loved Suzanne, Sandy, Denise and John. They visited when we moved to MA and we visited them in Nutley, NJ.
She was beautiful, loving, and funny like her mom. RIP Suzanne, and thank you for being the best babysitter. <3
