Obituary of Eva Doris Madison

Eva Doris Madison, 93, of Granville, NY, formerly of Oxford, NJ, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2025, at the Slate Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Granville, NY.

Born on December 24, 1931, in Maspeth, NY, she was the daughter of the late Simon Madison and Frances Kozlowski Madison.

Ms. Madison had been a primary school teacher in the state of Missouri for many years.

A devout Catholic, Eva was a parishioner of St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, Oxford, NJ and a member of the Anawim Community, Oxford, NJ.

Surviving is a nephew Robert J. Palulis and his wife Barbara of Salem, NY; and dear friends, Frank and Janice Olmes of Oxford, NJ.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00AM, May 9, 2026, at the Chapel of the Anawim Community, 354 Jonestown Road, Oxford, NJ. Interment will follow in St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Oxford, NJ.

Arrangements are under the direction of MacFadden Funeral Home, Belvidere, NJ.
