Obituary of Lana Jean Mickalowski

Lana Jean Mickalowski, 77 of Phillipsburg, NJ formerly of Belvidere, NJ, passed away Sunday, February 22 at St. Luke's University Hospital in Bethlehem, PA. due to declining health.

Lana was born in Phillipsburg, NJ on June 9, 1948, to the late John and Eleanor (Rodenbaugh) Mickalowski.

She was a parishioner of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Belvidere. Lana worked in the furniture industry as a shipping clerk.

In addition to her parents, Lana was preceded in death by her infant sister Rose and her Brother-in-Law, Paul J. Miller.

Left to cherish her memories are a sister, Marie A. Miller, Newton, NC; niece, Carla M. Miller, Lenoir, NC; nephews, Kurt J. Miller, Newton, NC, and Keith A. Miller (Michelle), Lawndale, NC; several great nieces, nephews and a great-great niece

Lana was such a special person with a heart of gold and will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.

Lana’s family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the amazing staff at St. Luke's University Hospital in Bethlehem, PA and St. Luke's Hospital - Warren Campus in Phillipsburg, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lana’s memory to Belvidere Ambulance Corps., Good Will Fire Company #1, Belvidere, NJ or to a charity of choice.
