Obituary of Patricia A. Allen

Patricia Ann Allen, 89, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2026.

Patricia was born on March 17, 1936, in Flemington, NJ to Elmer B. Kessler and Frances (Stuart) Kessler.  She was a graduate of North Hunterdon Regional High School.

Pat was predeceased by her husband Chester R. Allen; sisters, Betty and Dorothy; brothers, Elmer and Bob.

She resided in Buttzville, NJ for many years and spent her final years in Palmer Township, PA. She was employed in secretarial positions and was proud that she learned computer data entry when computers were just beginning to be utilized in businesses.

She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and a member of the Mountain Lake Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.

Patricia was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and devoted to her family. Her greatest joys were celebrating with her family on holidays and reunions. She was very proud of her grandchildren.

Surviving are her son Douglas J. Allen; a daughter, Tracy L. Reiter and her husband Eric B., grandchildren; Emily R., Allison N., and Bryan W. Reiter; a brother, John; sisters, Wilma, Georgia and Carole; many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, March 6, 2026, at MacFadden Funeral Home, Belvidere, NJ. Interment will follow in the Belvidere Cemetery, Belvidere, NJ. Friends may call from 9:00 AM to the time of the service at the funeral home.
