When I moved to Belvidere 10 years ago, I had no idea how lucky I was to have Bob & Dawn Piazza as neighbors. I quickly learned what a pleasure it was to have Bob next door, so friendly and open to helping me settle in and adjust to my new home. Bob was always happy to open a stuck jar lid, teach me about my new lawn tractor, tell me a silly joke, and introduce me to the landfill. He became my over-the-fence neighbor with a friendly "Hello, Neighbor!" intro to our last conversation. He will be missed by so many and will be remembered for a very long time. My sincere condolences to Dawn, Amy, Gina, and Rob.
