Doris E. Miller, 95 of White Township, NJ, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 31, 2012 at her home. Born in Harmony Township, NJ on April 20, 1917, she was the daughter of the late John H. Dalrymple and Oral Odessa Reed Dalrymple. Mrs. Miller had worked for Mack Printing for many years before retiring. She had enjoyed bowling especially at Warren Lanes. Doris was predeceased by her husband of 72 years, Elwood B. Miller, who died February 19, 2012; brothers, Herbert, Richard, Glen, and Benjamin; sisters, Carol, and Margie. Surviving are a son, Barry Miller and his wife Marianne of Palmer Twp., PA; three daughters, Nancy Schoonover and her husband Bill of Blairstown, NJ, Vivian Stecker and her husband Russ of Harmony Twp., NJ, and Diane Wolfram of Phillipsburg, NJ; five grandchildren, Shavonne and Katelyn Miller, Jennifer Markle, Scott Hengst, and Michele Lambert; eight great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested to be made in her memory to the Alpha Mennonite Church, 901 East Blvd., Alpha, NJ 08865 or the charity of one's choice.
