Obituary of Brian L. Duckworth

Brian L. Duckworth, 51 of White Township, NJ passed away Saturday July 20, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family. Brian fought a long battle of cancer with an amazing level of strength and courage. Brian was born on May 12, 1962 in East Stroudsburg, PA. He was the son of Carl R. and Dorothy Linaberry Duckworth of Bangor, PA. Brian graduated from Belvidere High School, Class of 1980. He worked for the Warren County Buildings and Grounds Department for 28 years. Brian married his high school sweetheart, Mary Hoff, after a long engagement. They celebrated their 17th anniversary in June. Brian loved to hunt and fish with his sons, Matthew and Bradley, as well as his friends. He was a member of the HoJo Hunting Club. He was a kind and strong man, always willing to lend a hand. Brian was a loving husband and father and he will be greatly missed. Surviving are his parents, Carl and Dorothy; his beloved wife Mary; sons, Matthew and Bradley; a sister, Susan Raines and her husband Larry of Grand Prairie, TX; a brother, Larry of Bangor PA.
