Arlene C. Parker, 81, of Mt. Lakes, NJ, died Saturday November 10, 2012 at the Bushkill Conference Center, Lehman Township, Pa. Born on October 15, 1931 in Mt. Bethel, Pa, she was the daughter of the late David Clyde Brands and Blanche C. Nicholas Brands. Arlene was a graduate of Belvidere High School and a 1955 graduate of Kutztown Teachers College. Surviving is her husband, John M. Parker; a son, John D. Parker; a brother, Allen Parker. This Online Memorial has been created to commemorate the life of Arlene C. Parker.
