Leo P. Villari, 93 of the Country View section of White Township, Belvidere, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at the Care Center of Brakeley Park, Lopatcong Township, NJ. Born on July 19, 1918 in Newport, KY, he was the son of the late Paul and Carmilla Cucinotta Villari. Leo had lived in Mendham Township and Long Valley before moving to White Twp.. Leo was a production manager for Lydo Precision Corp., Mt. Lakes, NJ for over 23 years before retiring. Leo had served in the Army during WWII as a Second Lieutenant in Signal Corps. He was a parishioner of St. Patrick R.C. Church, Belvidere, NJ. Leo was a member of the Carl D. Archer Post 528 American Legion, White Township. In addition to his parents, Leo was predeceased by his wife Dorothy Moore Villari, who died on June 18, 1996 and a sister, Jeanette Benson. Surviving are a sister, Lavina Gunkel and her husband Raymond of Cincinnati, OH; several nephews and nieces.
