Obituary of Patricia A. Markle

Patricia A. Rasely-Markle joined her husband of 56 years, David Markle, in eternal peace on January 3, 2017. Pat was born at her childhood home in Belvidere, NJ to the late Horace and Elsie Green Rasely on February 13, 1935. She graduated from Belvidere High School in 1956 and later from Churchman Business School in Easton, PA. Pat was a Field Engineer for Sprint Telephone Company, Belvidere, NJ for over 45 years before retiring. Pat was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Delaware Chapter #50. Surviving are her brother, Richard H. Rasely and his wife Linda of Belvidere, NJ; a sister-in-law, Linda Stocker and her companion Kevin Bergmann of Asbury, NJ; a brother-in-law, Michael Markle of Phillipsburg, NJ; nieces and nephews that Pat and Dave treated as their own children, Sue Swisher and her husband Albert of Phillipsburg, NJ, Robert Castner and his wife Gretchen of Belvidere, NJ, Wayne Castner and his wife Michelle of Bloomsbury, NJ, and Heather Piccioni and her husband Dale of Henryville, PA. Graveside Services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Belvidere Cemetery, Belvidere, NJ under the direction of MacFadden Funeral Home.
