Obituary of Rosemary T. Washuta

Rosemary T. (Burke) Washuta, 103, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 11, 2023 at the Chelsea at Brookfield, Belvidere, NJ.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 AM Friday, September 15, 2023 at St. Patrick R.C. Church, 327 Greenwich Street, Belvidere, NJ. Interment will follow in the Berks County Memorial Gardens, Fleetwood, PA.

Rosemary was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, John Washuta, who died on January 6, 2015.

Surviving are two sons, John and his wife Diane, and Ed and his wife Leslie; four grandchildren, Ben and his wife Jill, Natalie, Elissa and her husband Wes, and Nate and his wife Jen; three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Rosemary’s memory to the charity of one’s choice.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Chelsea and Ennoble Hospice  for their tender loving care and kindness given to Rosemary.
