Kenneth Lang, 87 of Mt. Lake, Liberty Twp., NJ, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at the Dwelling Place of St. Clare's Hospital, Dover, NJ. Born on August 16, 1926 in New York City, NY, he was the son of the late Louis and Helen (Egan) Lang. Mr. Lang was a sales manager for ALCO, an auto parts company, New York, NY for many years before retiring. Mr. Lang was a parishioner of Sts. Peter and Paul R.C. Church, Great Meadows, NJ. He was an honory member of Mt. Lake Fire Company and the Busy Seniors Club of Liberty Township, NJ where he had served as treasurer for both organizations. He was predeased by a son, James McConky. Surviving are his wife, Kathleen (Trehy) Lang; two sons, Kenneth M. Lang and his wife Janice of Andover, NJ, and Thomas McConky and his wife Chris of Phoenix, AZ; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested to be made in his memory to Mt. Lake Fire Co., 99 Tamarack Road, Belvidere, NJ 07823.
