Daniel Nolan, 55 of Belvidere, NJ passed away on Friday at St. Luke's Warren Hospital. Born in Plainfield, NJ he then moved to Warren County. Daniel was a Plainfield, NJ Police Officer for 25 years. He was the Past President and member of the PBA. Daniel was the former coach for the Basketball and Softball BYAA. He also was the founder and coach of the Jersey Fusion Girls Softball League. He was predeceased by his son Daniel. Surviving are his wife, Theresa; two daughters, Dana and Amanda; a son, Matthew all of Belvidere, NJ; two brothers, Joseph P. Jr. of Plainfield, NJ and Martin of Lopatcong, NJ; three sisters, Maryanne Benedickson of Clinton, NJ, Catherine Mills of White Twp., NJ and Rose Marie Sztybel of Frederica, DE; many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 2550 Route 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902-4301 or Jersey Fusion League, c/o Dominic Lavalle, 77 Shippen Ridge, Oxford, NJ 07863.
