Elizabeth A. Smith, 79, of White Township, Belvidere, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday September 6, 2006 at the Lehigh Valley Hospital �" Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township, PA with her loving family at her side. Born on May 20, 1927 in Phillipsburg, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth McGuire Hornbaker. Mrs. Smith was a nurse�(TM)s aid for over 20 years at the Warren Haven Nursing Home, Mansfield Township, NJ before retiring. Surviving are her husband of 59 years, Ernest C. Smith; two sons, Ernest C. Smith Jr. and his companion Evelyn of Bartonsville, PA and Dennis L. Smith and his wife Irene of Belvidere, NJ; a daughter, Susan Zwicker and her husband Keith of Phillipsburg, NJ; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Abilities of Northwest Jersey, 264 State Highway 31, Washington, NJ 07882.
