Elsie D. Williams, 74, of Belvidere, NJ, passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side on Thursday, March 22, 2007 at the Care Center of Lopatcong, Lopatcong Township, NJ. Born on August 14, 1932 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Alice Nurney Dillon. Mrs. Williams was predeceased by her husband Jimmie M. Williams, who died on October 4, 1996. Surviving are a son, Brian Williams of Belvidere, NJ; two daughters, Leeanne Wolverton of Oxford, NJ and Danielle Woebse of Bangor, PA; a sister, Doris Richmond of Stratford, NJ; six grandchildren, Jonathan, Benjamin, Jeffrey, Nicole, Hayley, and Erin.
