Elmer Crane, 84, of Bangor, PA, passed away Friday, April 06, 2007 at home with his loving wife at his side. Born on January 7, 1923 in Belvidere, NJ, he was the third of ten children of William Franklin Crane and Sadie Williams Crane. Elmer and his wife Stella Remaley were married on January 15, 1949. Elmer was a life long farmer, farming the past 65 years in Lower Mount Bethel Township, PA. Surviving in addition to his wife Stella are four children, Nancy Crane-Roberts and her husband Leonard Roberts of Hellertown, PA, Elmer Crane Jr. and his wife Sibylla of Lower Mount Bethel Township, PA, Wanda Crane of San Francisco, CA, Charles Crane and his wife Diane of Laurel, MT; two brothers; a sister; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Hospice of Visiting Nurse Association of St. Luke�(TM)s, 2455 Black River Road, Bethlehem, PA 18015 or United Presbyterian Church of Belvidere, 224 Mansfield Street, Belvidere, NJ 07823.
