Joan A. Hothouse, 62, of White Township, NJ, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday July 15, 2007. Mrs. Hothouse was a cashier and scanner at Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, Rt. 46, Belvidere, for 25 years before retiring November 2006. Born on December 21, 1944 in East Stroudsburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late F. Ellis and Juliana Fitts Albertson. Joan was of the Presbyterian faith. She enjoyed gardening, had a special love for animals and was a diehard Bill Elliot fan. She loved her grandchildren and enjoyed her family and friends. Surviving are her husband of 42 years, James R. Hothouse; a daughter, Justine Melchor and husband Jeff of Belvidere; two sons, James R. Jr. and Jason K. and his wife Theresa all of White Township; seven grandchildren, Josh, Jordan, Jennifer, Jessica, Rosemary, Jason Jr. and Julieanna.
