Rita L. Willever, 82, of Harmony Township, NJ passed away peacefully on Tuesday October 2, 2007 at the Care Center of Lopatcong, Lopatcong Township, NJ. Mrs. Willever was the branch manager of the Mid-Atlantic Bank, Oxford, NJ of over 20 years before retiring. Born on July 27, 1925 in Knowlton Township, NJ, she was the daughter of Edith Brands DePuy of Bridgewater, NJ and the late Walter DePuy. Mrs. Willever was a member of the Harmony Presbyterian Church, Harmony, NJ and the Order of the Eastern Star, Blairstown Chapter. She was predeceased by her husband, Samuel Paul Willever, who died January 2, 2000. Surviving are a son, James P. Willever of Harmony Township, NJ; a daughter, Susan Willever-Christian of New Hope, PA; two brothers, Allen “Bud” DePuy and Walter “Lee” DePuy; a sister, Shirley Lewis; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
