Dear Nicolaou family, Just saw Chris' notice in the paper. I remember when my mother & father (Harriette & Bill Carr) were your neighbors in Frelinghuysen. Your family was always fun and Mr.& Mrs. Nicolaou were very generous to me when my son Scott was born. I remember them giving me baby items for Scott that were dearly needed.I also remember that Mr. Nicolaou's restaurant's were THE best food & service around.Please

know that I have fond memories of your family and wish you all the best. Annie

My memories of Chris are very fond ones...though many may not remember me.. I certainly remember him and his family and working at Four Seasons Restaurant during the time of 1984 and on...Chris was a very hard worker with a heart the size of Jupiter..I admired his work ethic.. the friends he kept and and how he kept his family close. He made me laugh..and, at times, made me mad.. but you could not help but love him.. he was a teddy bear. One of the sayings I remember Chris using.. and in fact I use it today (go figure) is calling everyone "josephine" . I do that... funny hunh,

My Love and condolences to his family.. Sophie.. Aggie.. Chrissy.. Mike...Tina.. and of course Heddy...you are all in my prayers.. take comfort and knowing that he is "up there" fishing with Cecil.
