Gladys L. Dean, 96, of Belvidere, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 28, 2008 at Warren Haven Nursing Home, Mansfield Township, NJ. Born on October 23, 1911 in Knowlton Township, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Myrtle Evans Linaberry. Mrs. Dean was a member of the United Presbyterian Church of Belvidere. Her husband Donald L. Dean had died on August 23, 2001. Surviving are a daughter, Barbara Engelmohr of Hackettstown, NJ; eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren. A son, Donald F., a brother, Lynford Linaberry, three sisters, Velma Howell, Ruth Cavill and Bina Whiteside had died earlier. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to United Presbyterian Church of Belvidere, 224 Mansfield Street, Belvidere, NJ or the Belvidere Ambulance Corps P.O. Box 128 Belvidere, NJ 07823.
