Edward L. Cravener, 43, of Belvidere, NJ, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at his home. Born on September 23, 1965, in Phillipsburg, NJ, he was the son of Herman L. and Helen Marie DeVries Cravener of Bangor, PA. Ed was a welder for Lazy-Man Company, Belvidere, NJ for over 20 years. He was a member of the American Legion, Post 131 Belvidere, NJ. He was a 1985 graduate of Belvidere High School and entered the National Guard. Surviving in addition to his parents are his maternal grandmother, Margaret DeVries; a brother, Geary W. of Mt. Bethel, PA; a sister, Ruthann Ehrhardt and her husband Harry; a niece, Bethanie A.
