Anthony D. Paich, 83, of the Brookfield Section of White Township, Belvidere, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at Forest Manor Health Care Center, Frelinghuysen Township, NJ. Born on June 27, 1926 in Dover, NJ, he was the son of the late Michael and Ilona Bettick Paich. Mr. Paich had lived in Lake Hopatcong, NJ before moving to Brookfield eight years ago. Mr. Paich was a machinist for Warner-Lambert in Morris Plains before retiring. Mr. Paich served in the Navy during WWII and the Korean Conflict. Mr. Paich was a member of the Jefferson Sportsmen Club and the American Legion. He was predeceased by his son Daniel Todd Paich. Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Joan Antepara Paich; two daughters, Valerie Finkeldie and her husband John of Sparta, NJ, and Marlene Braun and her husband Wilhelm of Lafayette, NJ; two grandchildren, Olivia and John Henry Finkeldie; a sister-in-law, Norma Paich of Mine Hill, NJ.
