Catherine "Cathy" Peters, 52, of White Township, NJ, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, December 24, 2010. Born on April 8, 1958, in Easton, PA, she was the daughter of Catherine Ivel Hannon Rosser and the late Kenneth Rosser. Cathy was a graduate of Belvidere High School and Churchman Business School. She had been an office manager of Highlands Family Health Center, Hampton, NJ, a division of Hunterdon Health Systems. She was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Belvidere, NJ. Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband of 30 years, Joseph A. Peters; two children, Joseph A. Jr. and Lauren Peters both at home. Contributions are requested to be made in her memory to National Leiomyosarcoma Foundation, 18623 County Road 12S, Foley, AL 36535-3738 or Hunterdon Health Hospice, Flemington, NJ.
