Gary Wayne Millett died suddenly at home on Monday, March 7, 2011. He was 62. Born in Englewood NJ on October 31, 1948 to the late George and Ruth (Wilkens) Millett, he was a resident of White Township since 1986. Previously, he resided in Hackettstown, and Bergen County, NJ. He was a machine operator for the Just Born candy company in Bethlehem PA for over 12 years. He was the shop steward for the Bakery and Confectionary Workers�(TM) Union. He was active in coaching youth sports, served several years as a scout leader, former volunteer firefighter and school board member. Mr. Millett is survived by his wife, Carol A.; his son Wayne T. of Morristown; two brothers, George B. Millett of Laurence Harbor NJ, and Geoffrey A. Millett of Dumont NJ; and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory are requested by the family to Common Sense for Animals, PO Box 589, Broadway, NJ 08808.
