Obituary of Nancy Mae Matusewicz

Nancy M. Matusewicz, 78, of the Country View section of White Township, Belvidere, NJ, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at home surrounded by her family. Born on August 5, 1939 in Easton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Elwood J. Male and Elizabeth Reduzzi Male. After graduating with her bachelor degree in elementary education, Nancy went on to become an elementary educator for Franklin Township School District, where she taught kindergarten for forty five years. Nancy was a parishioner of the St. Patrick R.C. Church in Belvidere, NJ. She was also a former member of the Mountain Lake Fire Company Ladies Auxilliary. In addition to her parents, Nancy is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Matusewicz, who died June 17, 1993. She is survived by three children; Elizabeth Hineline (John) of Pen Argyl, PA, Michael J. Matusewicz (Mary) of Buttzville, NJ, and Jodi LaBar (Brian) of White Township, NJ.; five grandchildren and one great- granddaughter. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:00 AM, Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at St. Patrick R.C Church, 327 Greenwich Street, Belvidere, NJ. Interment will follow in Montana Cemetery, Harmony Township, NJ.
