Please share a memory of Geraldine to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Geraldine E. Schultz, 86, of White Township, NJ passed away peacefully of pneumonia, on Sunday, April 19, 2020, at Warren Haven.

Born on March 31, 1934 in Manhattan NY, she was the daughter of the late Alexander A. Taylor, and the late Catherine Bessor.

Geri loved people, and would always bring a smile to someone’s face by showing them photos of her backyard birds, wildlife, and especially her many rescued cats. Geri believed in giving back, and volunteered for many different organizations. She read stories to children with Down’s syndrome, volunteered at a local animal shelter caring for homeless cats and dogs, and also at a wildlife rehabilitation center. Her special talent for over 30 years was socializing homeless cats and kittens to enable them to find forever homes.

Geri was predeceased by her husband, William Schultz, Sr., and sisters Margaret Miller-Loy, and Jean Stiers.

Surviving are three children. Kathleen (and husband John), of White Township, William Schultz, Jr., of Katy, TX, and Joseph Schultz, of White Township, and nephew, Thomas Stiers, of White Township, and niece, Kathie Bosco, of Hillsborough.

Arrangements have been entrusted to MacFadden Funeral Home, and expressions of sympathy may be offered at www.MacFaddenFuneralHome.com

Memorials may be made in Geri’s name to Communities Altering the Strays (CATS), P.O. Box 344, Belvidere, NJ 07823.
