Obituary of Virginia P. Reeder

Virginia P. Reeder, 81, of Belvidere, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at her home with her loving family at her side after a long and courageous fight with cancer.

Born on October 24, 1939 in Belvidere, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Stanley Rowe and Frances Sutton Rowe Lombardo.

Virginia retired from IMCO / Brockway Plastics as a quality control technician.

She was a life member and past president of the Good Will Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary and a member of the American Legion Post 131 Auxiliary.

Ginny enjoyed her time during the winter in Myrtle Beach, but her most enjoyable time was with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Virginia was predeceased by her step-father Anthony Lombardo; sister, Martha Grbich; brothers, Jack Rowe, Butch Rowe, and Gary Rowe.

Surviving are her husband of 64 years, George F. Reeder, Jr.; daughters, Patricia LeDuc (Mike) of Phillipsburg and Elaine Beers (Dave) of Harmony Twp.; sons, George S. Reeder (Irene) of Phillipsburg, Michael Reeder (Linda) of Harmony Twp., Brian Reeder (Sue) of Belvidere; eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; a brother, Harold Sutton, of PA.

A Graveside Service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, November 7, 2020 at the Belvidere Cemetery, Belvidere, NJ under the direction of MacFadden Funeral Home.
