Obituary of Anna Mae Miller

Anna M. Reeder Beers Miller, 89, of Belvidere, NJ, passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side on Sunday, July 3, 2022 at St. Luke's Warren Hosiptal.

Born on May 8, 1933 in Harmony, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Floyd G. Reeder and Edna E. Jennings Reeder.

Her late husband, Kenneth (Jack) Beers, Sr. died on June 27, 1959. Anna was also predeceased by a daughter, Aloma L. Martowicz; a great-granddaughter, Patience Brown Beers; brothers, Franklin (Herb) Barr, James Reeder, Donald Reeder, and Ralph Reeder.

Surviving are a son, Kenneth E. Beers, Jr. and his wife Susan of Long Pond, PA; daughters, Ellen M. Walter of Belvidere, NJ, Donna A. Hardy of Pen Argyl, PA, and Lisa J. VanHorn of Belvidere, NJ; brothers, George Reeder and Richard Reeder both of Belvidere, NJ; sisters, Charlotte Hosterman of Warren Haven, Mary Osmun of Cleveland , OH, and Catherine Buschi of Lewisville, TX; 14 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren

Anna had worked for Owens-Brockway for many years before retiring in 1998.

She was a member of the Good Will Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, Belvidere, NJ.

Anna enjoyed her family and was proud to celebrate five generations . Her favorite holiday was Christmas. She loved her flowers and gardening. Most of all, she loved sitting on her porch and enjoying life.

Funeral Service will be held 12 Noon, Friday, July 8, 2022 at MacFadden Funeral Home, 325 Hardwick Street, Belvidere, NJ. Burial will follow in the Belvidere Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her husband Kenneth. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:00 AM to 12 Noon.

In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested to be made in Anna's memory to Good Will Fire Company or Belvidere Ambulance Corps.
