Jeffrey C. Drelich, 73, of Belvidere, NJ since 1990, died at home from a long chronic illness, in his chair watching his favorite TV show, "Columbo".
Jeff was born and raised in Dunellen, NJ before his family moved to North Plainfield, NJ. He graduated from his beloved N.Plainfield High School in 1967.
Belvidere became his adopted home town. He loved attending high school sports games, especially football, basketball and wrestling.Jeff also enjoyed trout fishing. He was an avid N.Y. Yankees fan.His favorite hobby was going to flea markets, yard sales and thrift shops to search for his treasures of math and mensa puzzle books, old board games and oldies music records.
Surviving are his wife of 50 years (October 15), Jannette; his children, Crystal Drelich, Clint Drelich, Shannon Brown and her husband Byron, and Thomas Drelich and his wife Nadene; ten grandchildren, Dawson, Jasmine and her husband Anthony, Noah, Julia, Byron, Jr., Aveah, Cole, Aiden, Ethan and Emmarie; two great-grandchildren, Svetlana and Enrique.
