Frederick A. Kling, 90, of White Twp., NJ, formerly of North Haledon, NJ, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at his home. Born on September 20, 1923 in Jersey City, NJ, he was the son of the late Frederick and Henrietta Hickman Kling. Mr. Kling was an electrical and architectural engineer retiring from Hackensack Medical Center, Hackensack, NJ. He had served as a B29 pilot in the Army Air Corps during WWII. Mr. Kling was a member of the Summerfield United Methodist Church, Belvidere, NJ. Mr. Kling was predeceased by a son, Daniel Paul Kling. Surviving are his wife of 29 years, June (Kuenstner) Kling; two daughters, Susan Hofmann, and Linda Kling; three step-sons, Marc Wilson, James Wilson, and David Wilson; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
