Obituary of Lorayne A. Vilardi

Lorayne Vilardi, aged 78, of White Township, Belvidere, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.

Lorayne is lovingly remembered by her husband of 57 years, John Vilardi; her eldest daughter, Rebecca Lucas (Michael), and her youngest daughter, Jennifer Tedora (James). She was adored by her grandchildren Quinn Sebold (Michael), Lauren Overko (Dallas), Morgan Lucas, and Isabella Tedora. She was blessed with four great grandchildren; Vivian, Cash, Austin and Maggie. 

Born in Patterson, NJ, Lorayne was the youngest child of Peter and Alice Botbyl.

Lorayne and John resided in Little Egg Harbor for 47 years before moving to Belvidere. Lorayne loved the beach, cooking amazing meals for her family, and playing pinochle with her friends on Friday nights. She loved taking care of her husband and family, and was happiest presiding over family gatherings. Lorayne loved the winters they spent in Florida relaxing on the beach on Gasparilla Island and having cocktails with their friends. Her family will miss her more than they can say. 

Friends may call from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Sunday, May 21, 2023 at MacFadden Funeral Home, 325 Hardwick Street, Belvidere, NJ.
