Condolences
To the family. Our deepest sympathy go out to all of you. I had the privilage of meeting Jerry when we owned Humpty Dumpty. He was a lovely man. He stopped by my home a couple of times after we sold the business and we had some very long chats. He will be missed. Our love to all.

I will miss my Uncle "Jersey", as his Rochester neices and nephew called him when we were little. I remember attending the family picnics at Mountain Lake, listening to Jerry and "Gorman" telling stories of their childhood, and Uncle Jerry always taking an interest in my family and children.
I know that he is in a better place, reunited with his wife, son-in-law, brother and others. I'll be praying for him.
Patty
I feel very lucky to have known your father/grandfather/great-grandfather.
I wish I could be with you at this difficult time. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
My sincerest sympathies at the loss of your father, grandfather, and dear friend.
He was my uncle, and from childhood memories of family reunions at Mountain Lake, to listening to him argue with his brother (my father) to accepting his advice to stay in school and complete my college education, I have always held a very special place in my heart and in my life for Uncle Jerry.
He was kind, loving, gruff, and ornery, and we'll miss him.
We wish to extend our sympathy to Sharon, kathy and their families. We have pleasant memories of when we would take our grand children for bike rides past Gerry,s house and he would give them lollypops. They called him the lollypop man and drew pictures for him.He always was upbeat and smiling. Sincerely, Kathy and Bob Lamb.
To the family of Jerry "The Pope".
The world will not be the same without "The Pope". He was the most gentle man I ever met. I am sure he will continue to attempt to tell me how to play golf from HEAVEN. His wish almost every time we played golf was that GOD will call him to be with his LOVING WIFE Lorraine. We LOVE you JERRY
I have known Gerry since I opened my family practice in Belvidere years ago. It was a real honor sharing his history, memories and life experiences. He was one of the most interesting, gently and caring men. I will miss his visits, his stories, his humor, his way.
Sallie & I send our sincerest condolences to Jerry's family. We are sad that we cannot attend the services since we are presently in Arizona. Jerry was a great person and he will be sadly missed. Best wishes and health to his family.
OUR DEEPEST SYMPATHIES ARE WITH YOUR FAMILY.
Dear Kathy, Sharon & family,
We were deeply sorry to learn that you lost your father. I can still see him sitting on the porch. He would always wave as we drove by in the summer. And since I spent many years visiting your parents home, I will always remember them fondly. We've all lost a very special generation of wonderful people.
Linda & Steve
